Senior Home Assistance, East Tennessee’s largest independent in-home care provider, debuted a fresh new look this week. The rebranding is the work of Rick Laney Marketing, LLC.

Senior Home Assistance Literature brandingWhen Richard Willis purchased Senior Home Assistance last year, he announced that he would strengthen and maintain the core things the company does well while focusing on expanding the company into new services and new markets. Willis drives that strategy every day at the company, but this week the public got to see outward signs of Senior Home Assistance’s new direction.

“We launched a new website, rolled out a new logo, replaced our outdoor signage, produced new television, radio and print ads, released all new corporate printed materials – including brochures, letterhead and business cards – and have an all-new corporate brand for Senior Home Assistance,” Willis said. “The new brand clearly reflects that we are an aggressive new company that hasn’t forgotten its history and roots.”

Senior Home Assistance Branding & IdentityLast year Willis retained Rick Laney Marketing, a national marketing, advertising and public relations firm based in Knoxville, to oversee the rebranding and all of its various components.

The new website, which launched in late February, brings the new Senior Home Assistance brand to life – and clearly delivers the company’s dynamic new message.

“Every in-home care company out there looks the exact same,” Willis said. “It doesn’t matter if you look in East Tennessee or Chicago or Los Angeles – all of them look the same and all of them say the same thing. It’s a soft, quiet, passive approach. That’s not who we are – we take care of people’s loved ones, and there’s nothing passive about that.”
